    HIEMIS is a Spanish musical project belonging to the dark ambient genre that began its journey in 2018 after a period of reflection on an earlier stage with the darkfolk project Silent Love of Death. («The Poet´s Senses» 2004-Palace of Worms, «Donde Habite el Olvido» 2011-GH Records)

    In the little HIEMIS life I have published my music with the North American label Noctivagant with Phillip Abraham as well as with the Spanish label GH Records with the responsible Avencio Delgado.

    Lisa Germaine Gerrard (/dʒəˈrɑːrd/; born 12 April 1961) is an Australian musician, singer and composer who rose to prominence as part of the music group Dead Can Dance with music partner Brendan Perry. She is known for her unique singing style technique (glossolalia), influenced by her childhood spent in multicultural areas of Melbourne. She has a dramatic contralto voice and has a vocal range of three octaves.

    Born and raised in Melbourne, Gerrard played a pivotal role in the city’s Little Band scene and fronted post-punk group Microfilm before co-founding Dead Can Dance in 1981. With Perry, she explored numerous traditional and modern styles, laying the foundations for what became known as neoclassical dark wave. She sings sometimes in English and often in a unique language that she invented. In addition to singing, she is an instrumentalist for much of her work, most prolifically using the yangqin (a Chinese hammered dulcimer). Gerrard’s first solo album, The Mirror Pool, was released in 1995. She has been involved in a wide range of projects, starting her first collaborative album in 1998 with Pieter Bourke, and then with various artists throughout her career, who comprised Patrick Cassidy, Klaus Schulze, Hans Zimmer, among others. She has scored numerous award-winning motion picture soundtracks.

    As of 2020, Gerrard has released four solo albums and collaborated on sixteen albums. She composed and contributed the scores to more than 48 movies. She received a Golden Globe Award for the music score to the 2000 film Gladiator, on which she collaborated with Hans Zimmer. She wrote the score of Balibo which went on to win an ARIA award for Best Original Soundtrack and an APRA Screen music award for Best feature film score.     Oda Relicta hailing from a Ukrainian city Zhytomyr was organized by Olegh Kolyada, a musician known by his electronic experiments since 1998, mainly due to his projects First Human Ferro, Ostarbeiter, and In Meditarivm. Oda Relicta was created in 2005 with the intention to represent the legacy of the local military orchestra – Zhytomyr Military Brass Orchestra, where Olegh Kolyada’s uncle was involved into while serving in the army. Hence a military component of the project is the marches, and improvisations upon classical works performed throughout 1990s – 2005 by the local orchestra mentioned.

    Straw Bells S is basically a compilation of unreleased tracks recorded between 2005-2010.

    Lyrically inspired by dreams, isolation and death, Aythis aims to be timeless and isolated from human nature.
    Aythis’ harmonies are created by the alchemy of depressive keyboard atmospheres, haunting and hypnotic melodies, ethereal voice and dark orchestral drums.

    In July 2007, Aythis catches the interest of the english label Paradigms Recordings that releases Aythis’ debut album DOPPELGÄNGER in November 2007.

    After the succes of DOPPELGÄNGER, Aythis gets in contact with the well-known french label Prikosnovénie that releases the second album GLACIA in March 2009, a work that turns out to be more orchestral. GLACIA paints a picture of wintry, icy and desolated landscapes and receives very positive feedbacks from the press and the listeners.

    One year later, the composition of the third album begins. The follow-up for GLACIA is called THE NEW EARTH. Without losing the wintery atmospheres, this third album melt many influences and results in an unique blend of ethereal, neoclassical, neofolk rythmed by bombastic drums.
